Eretz Israel is our unforgettable historic homeland...The Jews who will it shall achieve their State...And whatever we attempt there for our own benefit will redound mightily and beneficially to the good of all mankind. (Theodor Herzl, DerJudenstaat, 1896)

We offer peace and amity to all the neighbouring states and their peoples, and invite them to cooperate with the independent Jewish nation for the common good of all. The State of Israel is ready to contribute its full share to the peaceful progress and development of the Middle East.
(From Proclamation of the State of Israel, 5 Iyar 5708; 14 May 1948)

With a liberal democratic political system operating under the rule of law, a flourishing market economy producing technological innovation to the benefit of the wider world, and a population as educated and cultured as anywhere in Europe or North America, Israel is a normal Western country with a right to be treated as such in the community of nations.... For the global jihad, Israel may be the first objective. But it will not be the last. (Friends of Israel Initiative)

Stop the Torture! (video)

Stop the Torture!

The torture to Londoners' eardrums and the putting truth to the wrack as this obsessive little band of raucous Israel-haters representing the Muslim-run Inminds group takes its anti-Shin Bet fantasies to the London HQ of the Red Cross earlier this month.

A Seymour Alexander/Alex Seymour video (warning: no catchy background music to this footage, just a hopefully non-catching cacophony of hate).

In London, the Naive & the Noxious

"From the River to the Sea, Palestine Will Be Free!" blared the hordes of Israelphobes who rallied in London on 11 May for a bumper anti-Israel rally addressed by Israel-hating poster girl Ahed Tamimi herself.

"Resist! Exist! Return!" proclaimed their placards.

Yes, even those with a Room Temperature IQ must realise what the demonstrators have in mind  for the plucky little State of Israel.

In the Grauniad, a brief sanitised description of events here

Glean the mood and tone of the demonstrators on BDSer Seymour Alexander's 16-minute video below.

Some photos of the marchers, the usual mishmash of Muslims and Far Leftists and Judeophobic old dears:

Spot a familiar face in the crowd, in that last one?  Yes, that  is indeed flamboyant Welsh Greens ex-leader and veteran Israel basher Pippa Bartolotti, appropriating the Welsh flag for  the ignoble cause:

The "star  attraction" and  her admirers

And A Hero Comes Along: "This is Antisemitism!"

The wonderful David Collier refers to this squalid anti-Israel protest by the Inminds group in his latest blog here

Here's how he describes Derek Jardine, the keffiyeh-clad bloke doing the honours instead of the familiar Sandra Watfa, who hasn't appeared at these Inminds demos for some time:
"Like most of Inminds activists and the majority of anti-Israel protestors, Jardine is a conspiracy theorist obsessed with Jews. He shares posts from those like Atzmon, is friends with some rabid far-right racists and I have presented evidence before of his 9/11 and Mossad conspiracy posts."
And Collier provides the screenshots to back up his assertion.

Amusingly, as this video by BDSer Alex Seymour aka Seymour Alexander shows, towards its end, from 11:01 or thereabouts, a hero strides forth, to the annoyance of the Israel-haters.

Outside the UK Israeli Embassy, Ugly Smears, Ugly Chants from Corbynistas

"When I say Free you say Palestine ... Yes, yes BDS"

"O Jeremy Corbyn!"

On 30 March, outside the Israeli Embassy in London (with a bunch of those Shabbat-breaking "authentic Jews" the Neturei Karta lending the support of their presence) anti-Zionist ferals marking the first anniversary of the "Great March of Return", scream and cheer a succession of leftist speakers claming Netanyahu and "Apartheid Israel" and advocating the "Right of Return".

Speakers include Jewish flotilla alumnus Glyn Secker, Amos Trust director Chris Rose, and Stop the War Coalition's Lindsey German, and Joyce Hurndall.

"You're No Better Than the Nazis During the Second World War!", London Israel-Haters Told (video)

On 21 December, until Sandra Watfa's stand-in begins to screech ear-assaulting invective against Israel, the Israel-haters from the Inminds seem to be doing a reasonable trade in handing out propaganda flyers against Israel to well-heeled shoppers outside De Beers in London's Bond Street.

But at least one passer-by gives the haters a dressing down.  At the start of this video (thanks, Alex Seymour, for keeping the footage in) a man who clearly supports Israel (could he be an Israeli himself?) tells the demonisers exactly what he thinks of them.

In London, a Counterproductive anti-Israel Cacophony (video)

Outside the London offices of CNN, with placards and recitation of "From the river, etc" reps of the anti-Israel Inminds organisation display their displeasure at CNN's sacking of political commentator Marc Lamont Hill at "the behest of the Israel Lobby" and demand his reinstatement.

In the absence of Inminds' public face Sandra Watfa and her usual sidekicks several Israel-haters take turns at the mike reading the prepared script, including (between 4:21 and 6:12) the woman of avowed Jewish background familiar to us owing to her frequent presence at demos demanding Israel's expulsion of FIFA, and a white-haired chap with the hint of a Scottish accent.

But the "star" speaker is a woman with a rant so raucous that it's no wonder that most folk pass swiftly by with hardly a glance at her and her buddies.

An own goal, our Israel-hating FIFA demo friend might term it.

In London, a Sparse Anti-Israel Demo by Old Codgers in Paper Aprons (video)

It looks like the London-based anti-Israel organisation InMinds (the In is short for "Innovative", apparently) couldn't manage more than a few old codgers when it staged a demo a few days ago outside the British capital's European Commission offices ranting on about the Israeli diamond trade.

The familiar Sandra Watfa was not on hand to lead the propaganda, so her sidekick, the plummy-voiced woman whose party piece it used to be to jump aboard Tube trains and subject the passengers to Israel-demonising "poetry", did the honours instead.

  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hmeTUl47Hdw

The posters that she and the two elderly gents shown on this Alex Seymour/Seymour Alexander video have at first glance the look of aprons, and that logo, given its position in relation to their anatomy, rather comical ...

The video is introduced by a new background lyric and ends with a more familiar one ...

In Suburban London, Israel-Haters Act Out Their Fantasies (video)

Plenty of Corbynistas here, I'd guess.

In the leafy London suburb of Richmond (not to be confused with Richmond, Yorkshire, of which the "Sweet Lass" was a denizen), a nutty piece of Israel-demonising "street theatre" featuring old codgers in camouflage gear, elderly ladies swathed in what resemble the cast off medieval-style garments of that great English eccentric Dame Edith Sitwell, and bewildered-looking kids doing their best to follow the choreography.

Most busy shoppers give this bizarre Israel-demonising performance, the brainchild of the Kingston & Richmond Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) branch, a wide berth, cursorily glancing with puzzled looks, and then moving swiftly on, leaving the players and their keffiyeh-wearing cheerleaders to waste their sourness on the suburban air.

Vile as this sicko little drama is, I reckon the spectacular ham acting of the lady with the "heart attack" deserves a British Comedy Award!

A Thorn Among the pro-Pallywood Thespians (video)

Beautiful carriage. Beautiful diction. Beautiful hair.  Who can deny that London-based anti-Israel activist Sandra Watfa has natural stage presence?

Strangely enough, however, most of the hoped-for audience at this performance of hers about a week ago outside London's South Bank Centre seem merely to glance at the lady, and walk on by.

Perhaps, like us, they have heard the message delivered by her and her handmaidens so often before that it's grown stale.

Or perhaps, like us, they recognise balderdash and baloney even when delivered in even louder and more histrionic tones than usual.

There's a reason for the discomfiture on the faces of star performer and attendants, and that redoubling of the thespian's art.  If you listen at about 0:54 you will probably guess who's arrived to heckle.

If you fast forward to about 11:54 you will know for sure.

Well done that man!

"We Need to Support Jeremy Corbyn — Back Him All the Way..."

Outside Wembley Stadium in London on 20 August, Israel haters familiar and not so familiar appear in this by no means uninteresting footage by video-maker and staunch BDSer Alex Seymour/Seymour Alexander, according to whom (we don't see them, unfortunately) pro-Israel passers-by made their feelings known.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWEpdgp9fZE

There's the loquacious Irishman who constantly campaigns to have Israel thrown out of Fifa (the campaign literature has now been translated into several languages, we hear him say.

There's the rather plummy-voiced grey-haired lady who's a ubiquitous sidekick to Sandra Watfa (the lady seen on many a Seymour video who inveighs against Israel at countless demos in London including, this year, the Al Quds Day excrescence).  Here outside the stadium Sandra's sidekick is seen handing out leaflets to football fans arriving for the game.

Another familiar Israel-hater is the little lady of Jewish origin whose "Israel is an apartheid state" spiel in front of Seymour's lens includes a plaintive charge that "The media seem to focus on how wonderful Israel is".  (Ever watched the BBC, darling?)*

A young woman in sun glasses tells Seymour that she has been "a life-long supporter of Palestine," that "Unfortunately they [those pesky Zionists] have a lot of support, a lot of power ... a lot of lobbying, a lot of power" and asserts that, to turn the tide, "We need to support Jeremy Corbyn — back him all the way ..."

But my favourite scene in the video comes when Seymour asks a darkly handsome young man in a keffiyah, who's expressed appreciation of the demo, "Where are you from?"

"I'm from Gaza" the smiling young man replies.

"You managed to get out?"

"Yah!" the Gazan readily assures Seymour.  He'll be returning home in a month's time.

(Not the answer to the Israel-haters' prayers, eh, undermining as it does the "Gaza is a prison" trope that's part and parcel of their bag of tricks.)

*Talking of the BBC, see BBC Watch here for the despicable claim of BBC World Service correspondent Max Pearson that ".... Just the phrase ‘tension in the Middle East’ has become shorthand for referencing the decades of mistrust between Jews and Arabs following the creation of the State of Israel, carved – as it was – out of land which had belonged to the Palestinians...."

In London, Ferals Burn Israeli Flag, Scream Allahu Akhbar (updated)

Near the Israeli Embassy yesterday:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSNbGUBiO9M

More from David Collier:
"Islamic thugs, attacking the Jews outside the Israeli embassy. Stealing and burning the flag. Israeli flag burning from about 3 minutes in. Cries of Allahu Akbar. Footage from 22/7 at Israeli Embassy. Hezbollah flag back on London streets, violent Islamic thugs. Listen to vile commentary too."

Let me remark that whenever you feel tempted to praise Tony Blair, just remind yourself that his Open Door policy, cynically and deliberately designed to destroy by demography the conservative vote in England and keep Labour perpetually in power, helped to make London the cesspool of Israel-hatred it is today.

"When They Say Zionists They Mean Jews": Vox Pop outside PalExpo (videos)

Outside PalExpo in London not long ago, pro- and anti-Israel  (members of Friends of Al-Aqsa, according to the uploader) proponents clash, in verbal jousting that sometimes gets hot and heavy, with the markedly outnumbered "Zionists," at least one of whom – Jonathan Hoffman in the lilac-coloured shirt – was refused a ticket to the Expo, valiantly standing their ground..

One of the Israel-demonisers betrays his stereotypes about Jews with a crack about spending their money on Rolex watches...   He seems reluctant or unable to reply to the question "Why are there no Jews in Pakistan?"

The avowed ex-policeman in the rather startling tee-shirt (X-rated at first glance?) carries out a goody bag of Palestinian purchases, and declares "I'm British ... I'm objective" ...

The BUF With A Different Face: London's tolerated Jew-baiters

The smiling Israel-hater on the right of the picture at left, and in full Israel-denouncing flood below, is, well, you really don't need me to introduce you, do you?

You may, however, not be quite so well-acquainted with the Israel-hater standing next to Stephen Sizer.

He's Nazim Ali, a pharmacist and director of the so-called “Advocacy Group” of the UK Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC). He appears to be the master of ceremonies of choice at London's toxic Al Quds Day rallies, the Iran-sponsored hate fest which seems to be becoming ever more overtly antisemitic each year.

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VYInkVkBjhI

Back in 2012 it fell to Mr Ali to welcome to the rostrum the following enthusiastic quartet of hardened Israel-demonisers to perform their rabble-rousing against the Zionist entity each in turn.

Unreconstructed old Trotskyite, now leader of the Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn:

Incorrigible pro-Iran Anglican enfant terrible Sizer:

Loquacious Irish anti-Israel agitator Sean Clinton:

Demagogic Scottish PSC chief Mick Napier, like Sizer a frequent guest on Iran's propaganda channel Press TV:

At this year's Al Quds day rally in London, Mr Ali's own intemperate demagoguery was in full decibel force.

Addled by the presence of a courageous group of men and women proudly holding Israeli flags, who slowed the hate parade as it snaked its evil way along Regent Street, Hezbollah flags flying as usual (despite a plea to London mayor Sadiq Khan and others in authority that flying the terrorist flag be banned) and even managed to halt it until coralled by Mr Plod, Mr Ali resorted to racism raw and rude inveighing
"Babykillers ... Occupation ... It's in their genes ... European alleged Jews ... Zionists are not Jews ..."
  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzKKZ_1at5A

As reported by the Jewish Chronicle, inter alia:
'....  Mr Ali whipped up the 1,000 anti-Israel fanatics attending the march with a series of chants blaming the Grenfell Tower tragedy on “Zionism”.
He also called for Israel’s annihilation, and accused the Israel Defence Force of being a “terrorist organisation that murdered Palestinians, Jews and British soldiers.” [Emphasis added, here and below]
Mr Ali stayed at the head of the marchers ... for the two hours it took for the parade to make its way through central London to Grosvenor Square, Using a loud-hailer to lead them in a stream of anti-Israel abuse.  \
At one point he spotted pro-Israel counter-demonstrators carrying Israeli flags.
He ordered the march to halt, insisting it would not move on until the “Zionist flag” was removed. He said: “We are fed up of the Zionists. We are fed up of their rabbis. We are fed of their synagogues. We are fed up of their supporters.”
Screaming into the microphone, Mr Ali guided the crowd in a chant of: “Judaism – yes. Zionism – no. The state of Israel must go.”
It was just as the march was about to set off that Mr Ali walked towards a small group of pro-Israeli demonstrators and began singing: “Bye, bye Zionists.”
He then made his remarks linking the Grenfell Tower tragedy to Zionism, adding: “These people do not know what justice is because it’s their supporters who are supporting the Tory Party, that’s who they are. Zionists who give money to the Tory Party to kill people in high rise blocks."
Mr Ali turned to the large police presence and said: “I am requesting that the police watch those trouble-makers over there. They will try to incite. That’s what they are good at causing violence. Do not react to the killers of British soldiers.”
He also repeatedly drew attention to the presence of a handful of members of the Jewish anti-Israel Neturei Karta group, praising as being “true” Jews.
He added: “Because these rabbis don’t kill people, because these rabbis  don’t murder people, they are told they are traitors. Because Zionism is a fascist, evil ideology. It is an evil ideology to its core – that’s what Zionism is. That is why they killed British soldiers in order to get their country.”
During the march Mr Ali also claimed “Zionists” were supporters of Isis.
He said: ”Isis are being treated in their hospitals. Isis are being supported in the occupied Golan. Everyone knows that  Zionist Israel and Isis  are the same. They are brothers in arms.“
The Jewish Chronicle notes that the IHRC
Anti-Israel activists rejoice
'has repeatedly called for the repeal of much UK terror legislation – including the government’s Prevent strategy.
The Community Security Trust yesterday condemned Mr Ali’s comments linking Zionism to the Grenfell Towers fire as “grotesque.”
Lord Polak CBE, Conservative Friends Of Israel’s Honorary President wrote to Home Secretary Amber Rudd to express concern over the Hezbollah flag at Sunday’s march and  called on the Metropolitan Police to charge those found in “direct contravention” of Section 13 of the Terrorism Act (2000).
The UK currently proscribes Hezbollah’s so-called ‘military wing’, while the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, the Arab League, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and Israel proscribe the terrorist organisation in its entirety.
The Metropolitan Police and the Home Office have been asked for comment....'

For more on this be sure to see the the splendid coverage (with photographs) by the Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA) here

The CAA observes, inter alia:
'In the wake of the terrorist attacks in London and Manchester, just as the government has promised a crackdown on extremism and terrorism, the red carpet has been rolled out for hundreds of supporters of Hizballah in central London today.
The brave volunteers of our Demonstration and Event Monitoring Unit went into the thick of the pro-Hizballah supporters to capture evidence, whilst police officers looked on inertly.
Some of the people at a splendid counter-rally
Marchers draped themselves in Hizballah flags bearing a dagger and a raised fist clenching an assault rifle, and organisers handed out flags for those who had not brought their own. The organising charity even distributed placards emblazoned with the slogan: “We are all Hizballah”. As the marchers claimed that Zionists were responsible for ISIS and even the tragic fire at Grenfell Tower, the Metropolitan Police Service refused to make arrests or even accept reports of hate crimes when approached by members of the public, with one Inspector even claiming that Hizballah flags belong to a legitimate “state” instead of a terrorist organisation. Terrifyingly, demonstrators even attached Hizballah flags to children whilst police looked on.
However, supporters of Hizballah did not have the streets to themselves. As they marched down iconic Regent Street, their path was blocked by anti-terrorist protesters chanting “Terrorists” and playing Jewish music (they had come prepared with a saxophonist). The police however suddenly spurred into action, with vans of officers arriving within seconds to start demanding that the anti-terrorist protesters move out of the way, with reports of pushing and shoving.
The brazen display of support for a genocidal antisemitic terrorist group was met with inaction, but opposition by members of the public was swiftly rounded upon.
Outside the US Embassy in Grosvenor Square, marchers were addressed by figures including Mick Napier, Chair of the Scottish Palestine Solidarity Campaign, who was convicted in March of aggravated trespass over allegations of intimidating bank staff at a demonstration against investment by Barclays Bank in an Israeli company. Campaign Against Antisemitism will analyse the excitable speeches....
Hizballah is clear that it seeks the genocide of Jews worldwide, committing terrorist atrocities from Bangkok to Buenos Aires to Burgas. As Britain mourns those we have so recently lost to Islamist terrorism, the Metropolitan Police Service and Charity Commission permitted Hizballah supporters to mount a show of force through the heart of London. This is the reality of the supposed crackdown on extremism and terrorism. Since the authorities intend to take no action, it now falls to us to ensure that there are consequences for those who organised a pro-terrorist show of strength through the heart of London today. We will also be reviewing our legal options for holding the authorities to account over their utterly despicable failure to act.'
In response to yesterday's attack on a mosque at London's Finsbury Park, Theresa May has wasted no time in declaring:
"... It is a reminder that terrorism, extremism and hatred take many forms and our determination to tackle them must be the same, whoever is responsible.
As I said here two weeks ago, there has been far too much tolerance of extremism in our country over many years - and that means extremism of any kind, including Islamophobia.
That is why this government will act to stamp out extremist and hateful ideology - both across society and on the internet, so it is denied a safe space to grow.
It is why we will be reviewing our counter-terrorism strategy and ensuring that police and security services have the powers they need.
And it is why we will establish a new Commission for Countering Extremism as a statutory body to help fight hatred and extremism in the same way as we have fought racism - because this extremism is every bit as insidious and destructive to our values and our way of life and we will stop at nothing to defeat it.
Today's attack falls at a difficult time in the life of this city, following on from the attack on London Bridge two weeks ago - and of course the unimaginable tragedy of Grenfell Tower last week, on which I will chair another meeting of ministers and officials later today.
But what we have seen throughout - whether in the heroism of the ordinary citizens who fought off the attackers at London Bridge, the unbreakable resolve of the residents in Kensington, or this morning the spirit of the community that apprehended this attacker - is that this is an extraordinary city of extraordinary people.
It is home to a multitude of communities that together make London one of the greatest cities on earth.
Diverse, welcoming, vibrant, compassionate, confident and determined never to give in to hate.
These are the values that define this city. These are the values that define this country. These are the values that this government will uphold.
These are the values that will prevail."[Emphasis added]
Words that ring horribly hollow in the wake of Al Quds Day's incitement to antisemitism and the tolerance of extremists glorying in the hateful Hezbollah flag.

With this latest march the Al Quds Day organisers and their lily-livered enablers have descended into the very heart of darkness.  Moseley's British Union of Fascists, when they marched through the Jewish East End during the Devil's Decade of the 1930s, had at least the excuse of not knowing the ultimate depths to which antisemitism can lead.  Today's antisemites have no such excuse.  Nor do the authorities who tolerate this grotesque Jew-baiting and turn a blind eye to it in the name of the Appeasement of our time.

To quote Sapan Maini-Thompson here:
'.... A parade which features explicit racial incitement and sectarian militarism raises challenging questions concerning the legal limits of free speech. Firstly, it is remarkable that anti-Semitic exhortation is given police protection through Oxford Street. Secondly, it highlights a hole in extant anti-terror legislation. While the military wing of Hezbollah is proscribed in the UK, those adorning Hezbollah garb conveniently stapled themselves with leaflets expressing their solidarity with the political wing. This technicality is surely falsified by reality.
As Karl Popper astutely argued, ‘Unlimited tolerance must lead to the disappearance of tolerance. If we extend unlimited tolerance even to those who are intolerant, if we are not prepared to defend a tolerant society against the onslaught of the intolerant, then the tolerant will be destroyed, and tolerance with them.’

"My Late Mother Had A Passport Saying ..." (video)

A glorious day (afternoon, by the looks of it) in old London town.  Shoppers stroll past Marks & Spencer in Oxford Street.

An Israel-hater, flanked by others if his kind, and repeating a mantra about "racism", exhorts the populace to "Boycott Marks & Spencer".

Eventually (around 3:11) a petite female figure in a baseball cap takes the mike.  We've seen her before in footage by Alex Seymour.  And heard her too.

But this time she has a new message in her repertoire.  It's aimed at those people who claim "there was no such place as Palestine".

By which, I take it, she means all those dastardly types who point out time and time again (to all those anti-Israel ignoramuses who insist/imply/infer that there was once a sovereign entity called Palestine stolen by "the Zionists") that there was in fact no such sovereign entity.

All sorts of dodgy pieces of "evidence" have been advanced in support of the demonisers' false assumption, my personal favourite being the Palestine (Maccabi!) Football Team.  (And not only because it's an excuse to exclaim "Balls!")

Now, this little lady in the baseball cap adds one more to the murky mix:

"How come my late mother had a passport saying 'British Mandate Palestine'?"

Begorah!

To invoke a certain British comedian's catchphrase: "Some mothers do 'ave 'em!"

Bless.

"These People Only Care When There's Jews Aboard": Israel advocate socks it to the PSCniks (video) (updated)

Following on from my previous post, here's another video of Palestine Solidarity Campaign Israel-haters in London being challenged by the truth-tellers from the Israel Advocacy Movement:

Oh, and since some of the Israel-haters seem to be getting their underwear in a twist over the perceived "Zionism" of Britain's prime minister designate Theresa May, here's her speech last year that's making the Israel-haters so unhappy:

"We Don't Want No Two State, We Want '48": Telling the Brooklyn Bridge

On "Nakba Day" in old New York, a long stream of American Arabs and assorted Israel-haters  (including a contigent of Neturei Karta nuts) tell the Brooklyn Bridge exactly what their aims are.

"We Don't Want No Two State, We Want '48" they scream over and over.

And "There is only one solution: Intifada Revolution"

The old "From the River to the Sea ..." mantra is both seen and heard too.  And how.

Declares their personable and articulate leader, they are "calling for the dismantling of the Entity Israel ...." and will never rest until every city from Haifa to all of Jerusalem is theirs.

(At least they're honest about their aims!)

You can see a video of this event by scrolling down this Facebook page.

There's a shorter, different video (on YouTube too) on the link below that captures some of the flavour, but not in all its infinite variety.

There is plenty more to be seen on that link, though (including a flat-chested woman who's a dead ringer for Bernie Sanders.)

In Europe, A Spreading Virus (video)

It's reported that:
"... Professor Nir Barzilai, director and founder of the Institute for Aging Research at Yeshiva University's Albert Einstein College of Medicine ... is overseeing a clinical trial titled "Targeting Aging with Metformin", or TAME, which seeks to discover whether Metformin, a medication prescribed for diabetes, may also delay the onset of aging-related illnesses, such as cancer, heart disease, and cognitive impairment.
The trial is currently in the final stages of planning and is searching for further sources of funding. The planned trial is to involve administering Metformin to thousands of elderly people, some of whom suffer from the aforementioned illnesses, and some of whom have the potential to develop the illnesses. Another group of subjects, identical in makeup to the first, is to be given a placebo as a control...."

Comments (hat tip: reader P) a British woman whose name does not suggest an Islamic identity, though I have no idea of her personal circumstances:

It's in part a reflection of the influences under which European Israel-haters now find themselves that the antisemitism that underlies so much of the anti-Israel movement doesn't always bother, as it once did, to try to disguise itself.

Regarding the spread of the virus of Islamic antisemitism in today's Europe, here's a lecture (the video's 86 minutes long, mind!) by the Syrian-born German-based scholar Professor Bassam Tibi

(The meeting's chairman really should heed the old adage that "brevity if the source of wit": his introduction of the speaker is almost a speech in itself!)

And here's Merkel ...

In London, Carolling Anti-Israel Lyrics (video)

Not much deliberate Christmas cheer here, but involuntarily chuckle-inducing...

In London, outside the Sabon store in Covent Garden, a straggling bunch of usual suspects who are so musically challenged that it's a wonder passers-by don't pay them to shut up.

A bloke "of Jewish background" (at least he doesn't say "as a Jew") explains why he's come along to join in the festivities: it has something to do with Israel's treatment of the "indigenous" people of Palestine, apparently.

Video by BDS activist Alex Seymour, an alumni of the anti-Ahava campaign in London.

Lyrics by (I think) Stephen Leah of the York branch of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, who no doubt had more competent warblers than these in mind when he set Israel-demonising lyrics to the tunes of beloved Christmas carols.

In London, The Man Who Would Be Mayor Joins The Anti-Israel Throng (videos); includes updates

The despicable one-sided reportage about current events in Israel (I'm looking at you, among others, Orla Guerin) is continuing to work its evil, despite such capable refutations as this, from Mark Regev:

But of course, nothing Regev or other truth-tellers can say can alter the minds of those who have long since wanted to bring the little Jewish State to its knees.  Hence many demos round the world this weekend; the images below depict Sydney (the cleric in the keffiyeh is Australia's answer to Stephen Sizer), Edinburgh, Dundee, Paris (two pictures) respectively, and London (ditto).

Here's footage of the nauseating  raucous anti-Israel demo yesterday in Britain's capital, with mayoral candidate Gorgeous George (that's him above) in characteristic loquacious mood (update: see my next post for another video):

Below, typical behaviour of totalitarian leftist rabble and rabble rousers (at least one Australian city has witnessed comparable conduct on recent Friday afternoons at rush hour, causing traffic chaos and disruption): demonstrators at London's busy St Pancras station in favour of admitting vast numbers of Islamic invaders "refugees" to Britain and deliberately preventing the travelling public from going about their lawful business unhindered.

An eloquent answer to BDS ratbags in London's Bond Street (video)

This video, uploaded by inveterate Israel-hater Alex Seymour (aka Seymour Alexander) is described by him thus:
"Saturday's protest in Bond Street against De Beers (and briefly afterwards, Leviev) for their complicity in Israel's war crimes and crimes against humanity. No diamonds in the world could be bloodier than Israel's; not a day goes past without news of another child murdered by the cowardly killers known as the IDF; there are plenty other and more accurate names one could call those loathsome Zionist terrorists who think a kipa on their head somehow gives them licence to behave like the German National Socialists they talk so much about."

The video is notable for the wide berth passing pedestrians give to the little gaggle of groupies holding banners and handing out leaflets defaming Israel while vile invective against Israel is screamed by a woman with a theatrical voice (we've seen this thespian manqué before, in similar scenes, along with her grey-haired offsider who boards Tube trains to recite anti-Israel "poetry" to commuters).

Do these protesters have a permit to stand outside a shop and assail shoppers' eardrums, I wonder?

The video's uploader might as well have entitled it "Watch London Pedestrians Stroll On By".

There is however, one pedestrian who demonstrates his contempt for the anti-Israel ratbags with more than a dirty look or a sudden swerve: watch what he does at about 4:29 ...

An eloquent and fitting response, sir.  One worth the risk of a municipal fine.
