In London, Carolling Anti-Israel Lyrics (video)

Not much deliberate Christmas cheer here, but involuntarily chuckle-inducing...

In London, outside the Sabon store in Covent Garden, a straggling bunch of usual suspects who are so musically challenged that it's a wonder passers-by don't pay them to shut up.

A bloke "of Jewish background" (at least he doesn't say "as a Jew") explains why he's come along to join in the festivities: it has something to do with Israel's treatment of the "indigenous" people of Palestine, apparently.

Video by BDS activist Alex Seymour, an alumni of the anti-Ahava campaign in London.

Lyrics by (I think) Stephen Leah of the York branch of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, who no doubt had more competent warblers than these in mind when he set Israel-demonising lyrics to the tunes of beloved Christmas carols.

  2. The pretence is dissipating, note how he says loud and clear that the 'Zionist State' must go.

    1. Little by little, they all seem to hoist their true colours in the end.

  3. Reminds me of the self-styled "soprano", Deborah Fink of Jews for Justice for Palestinians (going JfJfP is a bit like being against sin, really) & the Green party (the latter says it all), who used to come along to the engageonline website in order to get ritually humiliated every time she put fingers to keyboard. She only dubbed herself a soprano so she could join her equally musically-challenged mates in disrupting a Prom by the Israeli Phil.

I mean, I know that voices get distorted when thrown through a loud-hailer, but even so...if you find a recording of the supposed soprano singing, via YouTube, perhaps, you'll see (or rather hear) what I mean.

    Sad, really.
